Told me to come 1 hour before my actual appointment for Flu shot, but once I got there told me to wait for 1 hour. These guys are extremely incompetent and rude to their customers. They kept telling me 10 more minutes. I like this safeway but the pharmacy is very bad, other reviews also tell the same.
This pharmacy will have huge lines and have several people behind the counter, but still only have one person ringing customers up. I wouldn’t be complaining about this except that this is a constant problem. Currently there are 8 people in line and at least 7 people behind the counter, and only 1 of those 7 people are ringing people up. Why?
Either they don't answer the phone. Or they disconnect you. Or when they do actually pick up, they place you on hold and don't wait for a response. This example is only a fraction of the issues I've experienced there.
Did give me my switch to pharmacy bonus opens to late and slow. Aggressive when they call you as well.
Easy local option for vaccinations.
