I call in and always my medicine in ready before the time they say.
Called in a refill for some meds on a sunday, said it would be ready on Tuesday, came in Wednesday said it wasn't ready but will be ready in 20 minutes, had to go to work, asked if it will be ready tomorrow was told it would. Came in Thursday, still not ready.
Always pleasant, with a smile. Prescriptions are always perfect and accurate. They have even bent over backwards to help with contacting my doctor/care team when there is a clerical error (mostly with my pain management due to the variance between my Prescription protocol and the real world calendar) This pharmacy team genuinely cares. I had an excellent experience at Safeway Pharmacy when I dropped in without an appointment for my flu shot and COVID vaccine. Even with a few people ahead of me, the pharmacist worked quickly and efficiently, resulting in minimal wait time. The staff were courteous and respectful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this pharmacy for your annual shots—top-notch service and professionalism!
