Disappointing experience trying to get a new prescription filled here after our usual pharmacy, Bartell’s, across the street closed. My husband had knee replacement surgery and needed pain meds refilled so we had the doc send it to Safeway pharmacy. We shop here every week so it made sense to send the prescription here. Poor customer service and poor communication. Not friendly staff. I miss my Bartells
I call in and always my medicine in ready before the time they say.
