There are so many problems at so many pharmacies these days, it’s refreshing and appreciated this location really seems to have their act together. I’ve been using them for at least a year now, with nothing but positive experiences. Professional, polite, proactive in appropriate ways, and caring.
This pharmacy is great. Quick, efficient, kind.
Extremely slow and no customer service
I have had nothing but negative experiences coming here the past year between long wait times, missing prescriptions, and rude employees working the register. But today was the final straw after waiting for nearly 15 minutes in line to pick up the prescription they just called me about, then I decided to get a shot they said was overdue. They said they'd be right with me, since no one else was in the waiting room, but I waited there for 30 minutes and no one came by, at which point I left out of frustration.
