Terrible service. Large number of customers (8) in regular check-out line. Only that line and one 15-item line were open. One o'clock on a Friday afternoon. When I examined situation to man at customer service & asked about his opening another line his answer was that we could wait in either line. Later I called customer service on my cell and no one answered. Will never go here again.

there pharmacy is the best no troubles ever. Halls is the worst and rite aid always gives you problems or are rude. Safeway is the only place i will ever fill my Rx's. they are the best

The grocery store is great. It is the pharmacy with which I have trouble. On Dec 27th at about 1:15 pm I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that had been called in by my doctor. The pharmacy assistant on duty denied that my doctor had called. She was sarcastic and rude. I telephoned my doctor to verify that he called in the prescription. He said he called it in at least 11/2 hours ago. I went back to the assistant and informed her that my doctor said he had called in the prescription. She continued to deny he had... read more

I read the reviews and felt apprehensive about going to the store. I didn't smell anything bad and it was one of the new stores. Only reviews that I can verify that the lines are long over 6 people deep. I also didn't find any bad attitudes. I think the service has improved since the customers reviews from last year.

Safeway store is a nationwide fodd &drug retail. Some are awesome in providing world quality service keeeping the customers satisfied with all their needs. When it comes to rate you can apply for a full time job then get nothing you may also apply full a part time job and get a part time job I lived in the westcoast for two years been applying all that time nothing was happening. decent grocery store; clean and organized. produce is not the freshest around, so eat it quickly to prevent spoiling. parking is easy and plentiful.

I don't want to win a Camaro, But I do have a complant. It is an inconvience, having to run to a cleark to get a code for the restroom. This is not good if you need to make your custerms happy. I was told it was because of the drunks, how interesting hanging around the store. Wouldn't you think that if you are going to sell liquor you should deal with it in a better way than to be locking your restroom. One of my children had to go and it was bad he ended going on him self. This made him not feel very good all day.

I was there on 9/13/10 and had to use the ladies bathroom..OMG, it was filthy, I mean filthy. It made me sick. Then I had to stand in line for over 30 minutes, there were only three cashier's, and it was late in the day, people getting off from work, tired and do you think we want to stand in line?! This is not the first time or the second time I have seen such chaos in this store. Please give me a Safeway that I can be proud of in my community.

I used to shop at the Greenway Center Safeway often, but remodeling spoiled this store; it is now dark and gloomy compared to how bright and cheerful it used to be. In addition, there are never enough lanes open for people purchasing more than 15 items, causing it to take forever to get through the checkout lines. The brand selection has diminished severely over the past several years. I now avoid this store as much as possible.
