I have been a customer with this particular Pharmacy 15+ years. They are rude, difficult and do not understand that we are the customers not them. God forbid you ever have to get a controlled substance because they will fight you and your doctor and blame it on everyone else. These issues do not exist at other pharmacies. I have been in line and heard them laugh, talk badly and make fun of other customers when they did not think I can hear so I can imagine what they say about me. Our experiences with this pharmacy have been positive. Pharmacist Matt has been especially helpful and kind.
Extremely condescending, didn't listen to what we were trying to communicate. Didn't seem to care, just tried to brush us off. Terrible customer service. Go to another pharmacy if you can.
