I’ve been going to Safeway Pharmacy since back when Lisa, Roman, and the old crew were there. They knew who I was, they were personable, and I ALWAYS got notifications about my meds. I never once had to wait even five minutes it was smooth every single time. Ever since the switch about two years ago, it’s gone completely downhill. This pharmacy doesn't give you your meds even if they are in stock and due 2 weeks ago. They prefer to allow loyal customers to struggle. I will no longer use this pharmacy as they have made it painfully clear they have no care for your health and well-being being. They used to be good but recent changes have ruined their care and reputation. They went from the best local pharmacy to the absolute trashiest.
The pharmacy is very slow at getting prescriptions out for over a year. Previously, there was 2 pharmacist and an assistant that were quick at getting out prescriptions and very friendly. All of them knew your name and greeted you. Since they left the Pharmacy has gone downhill.
Best pharmacy in the area, I’ve tried others around here and Safeway pharmacy still number one to me very nice employees kind and considerate to customers, Thank you 😊
Horrible wait times for a prescription refill. Husband put in a prescription renewal on Sunday 3/16/25 and today 3/19/25 finally got a text that it is ready for pick up. Let’s hope it will be ready….. If you can use another pharmacy.
