The staff do their best but significantly under staffed resulting in significant line ups and wait times.
I've never had this many issues with getting prescriptions filled in my life. Tall blonde lady said I need identification to pick up a script even though I provided information to confirm I. No one has ever done this before. Then after I show her, she asks if I'm picking it up for her? Not even matching up my name with the name on the script. Horrible. ZERO stars if I could. Very busy and understaffed.
The staff are very nice and caring, they provide good service. But the pharmacy has been horribly understaffed for almost a year. They do not answer the phones as there's no staff, the line can easily take 30-45 minutes of standing just to be told your prescription is still not ready. The staffing issue is so bad I don't know why they even run this pharmacy. Either find more staffing or close it down, it's not a reasonable service in its current state. Trust these other reviews.
