GOOD SERVICE
Very rude behaviour. I reached there at 1 and after a long wait in queue my number comes at 1:22 and they say its closing time. They want me to come back at 2. Its like I came 15 min drive they want me to go back and come again. And the time is still not 1:30
The corporate policies are what they are and the staff can't change that, but at least every time I've gone in the staff have been very helpful and friendly; I at least haven't had a bad experience yet. Helps a lot that they're open until 8 pm on weekdays, too. Sometimes there's a little bit of a wait but they usually try to open a second window if the line gets long, and a lot of the wait time is because they're trying to help folks with their insurance, so I can't really blame them for that. Why is that in Europe it takes 1 minute to pick up a medication using a script but here they somehow take 3 hours?
