I had a virtual appointment scheduled for 11:00 am. this morning. Nobody sent me a link, and nobody bothered to call. When I tried calling them, nobody answered, and there was no way to leave a message. UPDATE: Safeway did call me 30 min after I was to have my appointment and scheduled an appointment with me for next week. They sent me a text last night around 7:30 pm.
