The people from safeway home healthcare have been amazing. They are responsive, consistent with my care and have gone above and beyond in coordinating my care withdrew my care team. I feel like they are part of my family with the way they talk to me hand care for me.
Coming from someone needing to interact with a private pay homecare provider from out of town (Michigan), I found all of the office staff to be extraordinarily helpful and transparent. It is refreshing to quickly trust a home care provider so quickly when distance can make you feel so vulnerable.
Safeway has been amazing in providing a PCA to work with our young adult daughter with autism. The PCA has been extremely reliable, communicates very will with us, and most importantly has made a strong connection with our daughter who is mostly non-verbal. I would highly recommend Safeway if you are looking for a reliable and caring PCA who can feel like a part of your family!
We wanted to share a very positive experience that we had with Safeway Home. When I met them, I was struggling to understand the county’s process, paperwork that needed to be completed and the order in which to be completed, this is when the HR stepped in and guided me through the whole process and helped me complete step by step! Was just great! Also, very responsive and professional. These guys know what they are doing! Want to thank them for all the help they gave me and the noble cause they work for.
