Gift card that was purchased at this store could not be redeemed, they said they don’t take care of the problem “your problem”. Several hours spent on the phone with Safeway and 5 trips to the store to get this issue resolved. Customer service manager finally decided to take care of the problem after everyone was upset. Thanks to her, but I would not buy a gift card at this Safeway because if a customer get a card that is processed incorrectly you are on your own. 40 people in line and they close down a line this store has gotten ridiculous. What a joke signs above register say more than 3 in line we will open another register guaranteed

I love the deals I can get at Safeway. But this years monopoly season was quite disappointing. If you don’t keep the items on the shelf then people can’t claim their free stuff. Is this a tactic? Also no matter how many times I update my app it never works inside the store. Very annoying.
Convenient, variety of fresh produce with polite and helpful staff.
Went into the deli for a sandwich. The women took 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. The lettuce was wilted everything looks old and messy. Took a picture which I will be sending to corporate. Disgusting. Three other workers just standing around. Clean up your act safeway!
Spreading lies and rumors only ruins your own reputation...not the reputation of the person being lied about. This store needs some serious lessons on maturity.
The first time I came in your store I went to the deli to see about getting 40 pieces of chicken staff was so understanding since I had just left from Thirftway where at 6pm they had refused to cook anymore chicken for me as they didnt have enough for the 40 piece I wanted, but your staff had no problem filling my order and for the next 3 weeks we came back to your store because even if they didnt have enough pieces no matter if it was 5pm or 7pm your staff still filled my order.
