Safeway Store I love the newly remodeled Safeway. It is definately more upscale; the veggie dept. feels like an open air market, the free samples of the Yummy soup are welcomed, and I love the expanded meat, and deli departments. BUT, I am NOT happy about on almost every aisle encountering another "friendly" employee who asks me how I am today and if I need help finding something. Safeway Stores Good store. Recent remodel and the store is totally different now in a good way. They have so much to offer now where they didn't before and even a Starbucks!
