I’ve been going to Safeway for literally decades. The staff today at the Safeway in Lodi, CA were so rude and condescending to me that they actually made me cry.

i just left there... hardly anyone was there... unlike walmart.... whats really cool is they are getting prepared for the corona outbreak... they had water stacked into the isles... and had a great sale on water

The back of this store is filed with junkies and vagrants, trash and needles. Certainly this store has rats. Clean up your store!
A lot of homeless around. One looking in peoples cars. Don’t feel safe if you are not parked up front.
I've gotten to many moldy pre made sandwiches and rotten fruit cups from the lodi store, plus other food items that have been bad.
Unfortunately the new manager has her work cut out for her. Customer service seems to be something they think you can get from self-checkout; not only do they not have enough checkers; they think because we bring our own bags we should actually put them the cart too
The store employees, especially Charee and Maria and Alice are ALL very happy and helpful! I love shopping there and know that when I see them I'll always give them a hug!!!
