No paper bags, only PLASTIC!!! I will not be shopping at Safeway until they get paper bags or allow customers to use their own. I'm so disappointed in Safeway for not being more earth friendly! There are plenty of other grocery stores to choose from!

Management needs to instruct their employees to check IDs for ALL credit card purchases! My credit card was stolen out of my car in the middle of the night and this person was able to run over $300 on my card at 4am and the employee did not ask for ID. Some young tweaker using a hot pink metallic credit card doesn't make you think maybe the card wasn't his or could be stolen. The employee had the only opportunity to prevent fraud and did not do so. I've been shopping at Safeway since i was little, as of now i can't go back there anymore cause they just ban me for something i didn't do.

Its okay not to bad for me.the people there is nice to me i gust its on who work that day and time.
Why do I need to go back out into the parking lot to get my own shopping cart? If I realize that their customer service was that poor I would've grabbed one from the parking lot to start with. This is not the first time this is happened. You got a cut payroll to make money fine but cut it someplace else not out of your customer service!
