I got into a confrontation with another customer, because I told them they were going the wrong way, as they walked over a directional arrow. I felt very unsafe in this store. Many customers were walking the wrong direction. Some customers were not wearing a face mask. Both customers and employees were not following social distancing guidelines/rules.
Your shelves are empty! Shame on you for allowing hoarding in our area. It’s sad our food banks have more food than your store for families that are still working! I work all week and only can food shop on weekends. I understand some items are gone but aisle after aisle of empty selves is unacceptable. I saw no signs limiting items. Shane on you!!!
Price gouging hand sanitizer for $10 is a disgrace. You should be offering this at cost at this time. We know you didn't pay more than a fraction of $10. You are taking advantage of the need to make a big profit. Shameful!!!

I ordered food delivery. They gave my order to a DoorDash driver named Mark. He took the food, cancelled his pick up. The next DoorDash that accepted went to the store. They couldn't give her the food because it was already gone. It too over an hour for them to agree to replace the lost order. It would serve us FAR better if Safeway would heed obvious safety and health tactics. watch this video and learn. I was appalled and maddened Saturday my second store visit in 3+ weeks.
