RecommendedThe training was informative, John was a wealth of knowledge. I just didn’t like that the construction was right outside the door of the classroom. There should’ve been a backup plan.
RecommendedIt was a very good class. I took a First Aid-CPR class more than forty years ago and I noticed that the procedures have changed for both skills. John is knowledgeable and teaches the class very quickly because there was so much to material cover. I like the instructional video, and the use of the training equipment and mannequin which gave me hands-on experience. I especially like the student workbook which has the step-by-step instructions on what I learned in class so that I can review the information as often as I like.
RecommendedThe class was three hours long but goes by super fast if you are actually interested in BLS. The testing felt fair and the instructor spoke very loud and clear which helped me tremendously in performing our BLS tasks. It was also very nice of them to provide refreshments for the course.
RecommendedI learned a lot about CPR and first aid. My instructor was very knowledgeable, and the opportunity to practice using the facility’s equipment made the learning experience much better than what would be possible with just books and videos. Thanks!
