This is by far the worst insurance company and customer service ever. "Their" insured Chrystal Springs Water hit my new car in November 2018. Filed a claim with agent .Vrietholf. Was told to submit estim, which I did promptly. After 2 emails and many phone calls, never heard back from her or the company. VERY BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS
