Company is a joke, parts cleaner burns heating units out like crazy, and the company never has them in stock. We just got a "new" one from them and it's in worse shape than the one that just burnt out. If you're looking for a parts washer system I would recommend literally anyone else.
I have called 8 times to set haz mat pickup. The account manager cannot use a phone? After the 9th call they have said they would have the account manager call to set up the service.... What??? If there was another vendor I would not hesitate to drop this clown of a business Good Luck if you choose this company
