So far with safety insurance, I've not had any issues. The claim was filed when a rock broke my windshield. It took the glass company four weeks to complete. But other than that, safety insurance has not been an issue with me.I like them!

Employee claim agent Evan Cloutier lied about working on my claim and calling me. He told me, "sometimes claims just get lost", and that he had a "thousand claims to work on." I was told by a coworker of his that he hadn't looked at the email I sent him with photos of receipts ten days after I had sent them to him, and his lie of having called me was easily disproven.
