I am not a customer of this insurance company, but their client hit my car and it has been a month since I contacted them, and they are refusing to pay! Claiming that they are not able to speak to the client, the worst insurance company is all in trouble. I have already sent the police report, but they are still stalling on fixing my car! The only way is for me to go directly to court to resolve this! Since they do not want to resolve it.
No me quisieron recibir el maldito pago. Y ahora están mandando cartas para cobrar... pésimo servicio, malos dueños de negocio. Sino.quieren mi dinero porque me cobran. Hahaha ineptos Lo escribo en español porque los dueños hablan español o almenos lo entienden. Pésimo servicio el.peor del mundo.
Awful. I was on the phone with a representative they were supposed to help me with my insurance and while I was speaking she hung up on me during the call after I asked a question because she got impatient - and I was the one dealing with a car trouble challenge! Do not recommend.
One of the WORST customer service experiences I have been involved in. ZERO communication. It's silly that Google doesn't allow zero stars.
