Do NOT get auto insurance with this company. They will try and nickel and dime every SINGLE claim. They fight tooth and nail on a simple $100 windshield fix. Horrible service.
My experience with Safety Insurance has only gotten worse. After weeks of delays, miscommunication, and lowballing, I was told by Matthew Madaio, a claims unit manager, that he would call me today to discuss my claim. He never called. My experience with Safety Insurance has been nothing short of a nightmare. After my accident on July 28, 2025, I was left without a car and without the ability to work. Instead of supporting me, Safety Insurance did everything in their power to delay, deny, and lowball my claim.
