I put a claim through a month ago. My truck has been fixed since last thursday. For some reason safety insurance feels like its nessicary to play games with the payment. They called thursday AND Friday to tell me I had to accept an "ach deposit", and the money would go into my account instantly. The email never came. Its now been 5 days. The transfer email came through. But instead of it being instant, as promised by Dan, It could be another 4 business days before I can get my truck back. Honestly such a shit insurance company, when I got in an accident they didn’t help me at all, they told me there was nothing they can do for me, then when It comes time to paying my insurance they don’t take the money out of my account and then they reject the payment instead of taking the money, I would never recommend this insurance to anyone ever
