If I could give 0 stars I would the customer service fro Michael Carberry ext 2248 is horrible he emailed me with no information but a call back number and his email and expects me to know why he’s reaching out no hello, no type of customer service. Please do better
Would give zero stars if could they cover valet at Gillette stadium and they refuse to pay for back brakes that worked before their insurer valet at Gillette stadium got into an accident with my car the brakes worked fine and then the back brakes now won't work after they got into an accident with it and now I am paying for the brakes to get fixed not ok don't use their valet service they Insure or go through this company for any claims they screw people over so sad out 500 for brakes worst insurance company ever
My car got hit while parked and Safety says they can’t do anything about it because I don’t know who hit me. Except, I included the photos of the license plate number and security camera pictures of the car that hit me. Paying $2000 a year for comprehensive insurance on a car that’s 16 years old with 153,000 miles and apparently it’s not their job to locate the other driver with the information provided to them because I don’t have collision. Curious to know how else I was supposed to get the drivers information.
Guy tried to run me off the road on a one-lane off ramp and the investigation (which is as open-and-shut as it gets!) has taken over a month with 0 UPDATES despite my numerous attempts to contact Sarah O’Garro, the employee assigned to investigate my claim.
We had damage to our property fence by one of their insured on Nov 3, 2024. We reached out to Safety Insurance and made the initial claim. The adjuster took two weeks to get in touch with us via email even though I had called several times to try and get their contact info. The adjuster's name is Chloe.
