My experience with Safety Insurance has been nothing short of a nightmare. After my accident on July 28, 2025, I was left without a car and without the ability to work. Instead of supporting me, Safety Insurance did everything in their power to delay, deny, and lowball my claim. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After being involved in a car accident, I reached out multiple times for help—and received no response. No one called me back, no one replied to my emails.
