An appointment was scheduled short notice a few days before in which she needed to cancel the morning of. That I can understand that but I was notified by text which shows a total lack of concern and is unprofessional especially after sharing how sensitive my situation was with her. I was willing to overlook this and sent the reply of when we can reschedule. I'm still waiting to hear back from her the next day. I've even requested a response with no answer. Most places charge for canceling appointments. She's not even trying... read more
