Very bad service
Our driver, Shannon was incredible! However, the supervisor is SO rude! After waiting an hour and 15 minutes (when told 30-45), we were picked up. Our driver told us there was a third pick up. We are 5 MINUTES from our destination. the driver told me there wasn’t much she could do and to call the supervisor. I called him and he talked over me the entire time.
