Worst security system and monitoring you could ever get. There are much better companies out there. System went down tech missed 2 service calls after 5 weeks being down we cancelled and went with Cushinging security systems.
This is the WORST company ever, I moved out of state and where I live now they don't provide the service but they want me to keep paying for the almost 2 years left on the contract. They don't deserve not even one star.
We have had Safetouch in our home for 15 years, and initially I could not be happier. That's why we had Safetouch installed when we moved into our current home 7 years ago. Our technician today was extremely knowledgeable and the most helpful of any Safe Touch representative we have talked with to date and we have been with Safe Touch for 14 years. Jamie was very meticulous in his work and extremely thorough. Thanks Jamie for addressing our issues and for your patience and professionalism!
The devil is in the details. Initially I gave safetouch an outstanding review. The sales person was awesome. The on-site assessment was fantastic. The installer was fanominal. The alarm system itself is perfect. But the difference is before I was a potential customer. Now that I'm locked into a contract I find that I have been mislead and not told the truth in it's entirety.
