After being an customer of Safetouch for over 7 to 8 years the customer service has dropped. I had to schedule and apt to fix sensors on windows and the panel has been on the fritz. The apt took 3 to 4 months for schedule and I cant set the alarm on the house due to the sensors. Lucky we have 4 dogs, which are much more reliable than this. My wife and I will be researching and much better, reliable, affordable and dependable security system/company that will protect my family.
