I hope when you call you get Justin to help with your technical needs. He is amazing and I appreciate all that you did for Prints Inc and getting us back to being fully secure. After being an customer of Safetouch for over 7 to 8 years the customer service has dropped. I had to schedule and apt to fix sensors on windows and the panel has been on the fritz. The apt took 3 to 4 months for schedule and I cant set the alarm on the house due to the sensors. Lucky we have 4 dogs, which are much more reliable than this. My wife and I will be researching and much better, reliable, affordable and dependable security system/company that will protect my family.

SafeTouch was responsive and had excellent customer service when we first got our system. However there’s now a serious issue with repair timelines. I’m waiting two months to have a tech come to the house. Turning off alerts remotely has not been working, and I’ve had to call repeatedly to end the noise.

In the beginning, I loved SafeTouch. Overtime, their service has become lacking. The service time used to be within 3 days. Recently, I was forced to wait two and a half months for service. I will be switching services after 25+ years.
