Inconsistent teachers. No communication.
The inconsistencies in who our children's teacher would be, communication, and professionalism has lead my wife and I to remove our children from this program.
Ky has been attending for 2 seasons and we love the staff. Very friendly. Facility is always clean. We love it.
My daughter really enjoys the classes and I feel like she is very safe. The instructors seem to spend equal time with the children and are very knowledgeable about the steps to follow to be successful, but also listen to the children
Both my 6 year old and 3 year old are taking lessons here. The facility is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and very reassuring with swimmers when they feel apprehensive or scared. My children feel safe and are having fun while learning this very important life skill.
