I just had my home inspection done using Safescan Technologies. they hired a very good company in Tampa. they were on time and got the job done in two hours. we received the report the same day. I am real estate broker and i will use them again. JAM
most unprofessional inspection that i had, this is not a corporate , this is single member company who just purchased 800 number, I used their services and 2 days after closing I saw leakage in the home , the vice president / owner/operator didn't find it , it seems he never checked the attic, do not recommended at all.
They were AWESOME! Very thorough home inspection. The termite inspection was great, as well. The one who helped me the most was, Ricky. He was very helpful and answered all of my phone calls/called me back within minutes. Their prices are not bad either! Would definitely recommend them!! Great customer service!
The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They pressure you into making the appointment just to have it rescheduled. The price that is quoted is not what they charge you and then if something happens with the sale you are unknowingly subject to a cancellation fee which is not the industry standard and is not shown anywhere on the website.
I would not recommend Safescan home inspections to anyone. My husband and i found Safescan home inspections online and reviews seemed good. We spoke with the owner Jared and he told us that his business offered a 4 point inspection that lenders needed to have to approve the house. This included a mold inspection, house inspection, termite inspection, and wood rot inspection, all for $425. Sounded great.
