The worst transportation there is . They arrive 11/2 hrs early they left my husband earlier in the year waiting in the rain couldn’t find a simple address . Only have used them 3 times this year today was the 3rd and they never showed up to pick him up to see his orthopedic. we can’t get another appointment for 2 months . I called his health provider who is Centeral Health and told them I will be looking into a new ins company if they don’t find another ride sharing for the members . I have used saferide transport several times when I visited LA, I have been always communicated about my reservation, they tracked our flights and the driver was always on time to greet us. I will definitely will recommend them to my friends and families.
Driver didn’t show up to take us to LAX. Cancelled my return home ride with them as a result. They charged me for the return ride and sent someone to the airport to get us- completely mismanaged.
Showed up early which was great. However, they didn't provide the carseat I had requested and paid for. That was the only reason I used their service was for the carseat. I had to use my own and Leave it with the driver. I called the next day and they said they would return the carseat to my pickup location, which they did and I was appreciative of.
The car had been smoked in, it was extremely expensive, and the driver was a couple of minutes late. Do not recommend
