The Harrisonburg Safelite system worked well for me. I got a mobile visit within 2 days. Clear communication, excellent service.
Again it was crappy. My wind shield was replaced 4 years ago on my Toyota Forerunner. They brought the wrong windshield that time. Fast forward, 4 years later and they did the exact thing again WTH, these people have no idea what they are doing. However, the service technician who replaced the windshield was courteous and did the job well once they had the correct windshield.
