Appointment to replace my windshield and calibrate my car's (Subaru) Eyesight system went off without a hitch. Work was done in only two hours and it was perfect. Could not recommend Safelite Marietta enough!
Great recent experience with this location. Arrived early for my appointment and dropped the car off. Tech took my keys, did a cursory check, and quoted a time for pickup. Arrived before the quoted time and waited in the waiting room a short while with no issues. Once the car was ready the tech walked me through after install instructions and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Overall I was pleased with my service and would recommend and return here in the future!
I do not recommend Safelite if you expect their service to offer convenience with Mobile service. Tech arrived extremely late because he left some equipment at another location 2 hours away and had to go get it. Service was for windshield replacement and recalibration. I work from home a few days a week so I had scheduled this on a WFH day so I could have it done via their mobile service. Truly awful, if you have an ev do not come to this location, I had come in multiple times to fix my windshield only to be told I didn't select the right pane on the website(they did not have an ev khona option available) on my second time coming after asking to charge an extra 200 dollars that they couldn't do anything because of the work the Hyundai service crew did on it. Absolute waste of my time.
The technicians were courteous and appeared skilled. Unfortunately, the back office completely dropped the ball repeatedly. I had to get involved resolving disagreements between insurance company and Safelite twice. Then I had to follow up to get service rescheduled. Far from seamless.
