Excellent experience, from scheduling, service, and check-out - efficient and fast. A white-glove service all-around. I highly recommend the Marietta location.
Beware! If you have any issues it’s impossible to actually get anyone on the phone. I was charged for wiper blades that were never installed. It’s been over a month. I’m still out the money, despite calling “customer service” *multiple* times. It seems like even their call center can’t get hold of anyone to issue the refund. I also made the mistake of using Afterpay (will never do that again). So not only did they take money for something I didn’t get, but I also can’t contest with my credit card.
We had a great experience with Safelite replacing our passenger side rear door window. I was able to make an appointment for them to come to me within 48 hours, the work only took about an hour and looks original. We are very happy with the product and service.
I dont remember my guys name but he was super efficient and focused. Gentle with my car. Its been raining like crazy and it is not leaking!
