Came in immediately after a rock chipped my windshield on the highway. Left with a brand new looking windshield, all my windows cleaned off, inside of the car vacuumed, and a complimentary bottle of water!:) Lindsay at the front was amazing and so kind, i thought she had been working there years only to find out she’s new to the job! Mason and the rest of the staff gave me my car back in better condition so i’m grateful, thank you everybody!!

BAD EXPERIENCE! They showed up with the wrong glass window. They generally can't fix this the same day! You must reschedule for a different day due to your local locations route schedule. The manager at Safelite Fife had my CORRECT window physically in his facility. That is the location my appt was with. I had a weekend appointment scheduled for 2pm Saturday. Arrived early to complete paperwork and payment. I had my rear passenger side installed due to it shattering. Though I believe the cost was a bit high, I didn't complain due to the efficiency and speed of completion. I was there a total of 40 minutes. The staff were pleasant and helpful answering questions. I am very well pleased.
Three visits to get Winfield replaced. First one wrong, second not OE, OE $200 cheaper and finally right one and done
