In addition to the technician literally creating a mountain out of a molehill - i.e. turning a quarter-inch crack into a long spider crack as a result of the "repair" (he called the repair a "fail") and needing an entire new windshield as a result (yes, I'm aware that a larger crack can be the consequence of a repair), the technician had not written in his report that the repair was, in fact, a fail despite having told me he would do that. Terrible customer service. I wanted to get my wiper blades replaced under their 6 month warranty which was no problem at first… but when I installed them they were the wrong size. I went back and told them and they said they would come out and swap them out on another date. On that day I get a call from the Frisco Safelite saying I have to pay for the wiper blades or wait for Tiffany (the Glenwood Springs store manager) to call me and get it rescheduled.
