Safelite is an unprofessional company. I put in an order for two windows to be replaced and was given an appointment date. One day before the appointment Safelite cancelled saying that my order would take 12 business days to receive windows. Nine business days passed and I had not heard a peep. I called Safelite and I was told I did not have an order. I replied that i did have an order and Safelite did an inquiry.
