Safelite is an unprofessional company. I put in an order for two windows to be replaced and was given an appointment date. One day before the appointment Safelite cancelled saying that my order would take 12 business days to receive windows. Nine business days passed and I had not heard a peep. I called Safelite and I was told I did not have an order. I replied that i did have an order and Safelite did an inquiry. Do not work for this company they are terrible they do not care or value their hard working employees they let go of all my husband's department with 10 day notice and referred employees to the the 3rd party company who is going to do the role he was for a 5+ dollar pay cut an hour... we feel so devastated that after all the dedication my husband put they would treat him this way.
