Great same day or next day service. They come to you or place of work. Fantastic technicians super clean, friendly, professional. Prices are very reasonable. I only use Safelite
I had a very small chip on my windshield, and this company sent a technician to my location to repair it. He worked on it for about an hour, and during the process, he ended up cracking the windshield. I immediately told him that the windshield was cracked because of the repair. He responded that this is “the way they do the repair.” I then called the shop to complain. I was told that since I signed a waiver, they were not responsible for the damage.
