Very good. Showed up with-in the allotted time. Can hardly see the chip.
Greeted right away. No wait and done in half the time than expected. Clear directions on what needed to be done following the installation.
I can't review because they never showed up or even called for my appointment. when I called them the next day, I was told a person would call within 1 hour, but that never happened. really poor business. review for Lunenburg Massachusetts.
I had technican to my home . He was friendly ,telling exactly what to expect . Did job in timely manner .
The rep on the phone, searched every possible promo to save me money!! Our technician, Derek was amazing! Prompt, courteous and informative. He replaced the windshield quickly and explained all the details of the service! He was extremely pleasant! Safelite is one of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Highly recommend them!!
