I have been a customer of Safelite for many years and have generally experienced satisfactory service until the incident on Monday. The technician caused damage by scratching the clear coat in three locations, failed to reinstall the molding, spilled adhesive extensively, damaged the sides of the molding, and did not replace all of my stickers.
