I’ll start by saying it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone — even the 800 customer service number. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it. Then, less than two weeks after paying over $1,000 to have my windshield replaced, it cracked again in almost the exact same spot as before. I was told it was caused by an impact, but that only raises concerns about the quality of the glass being used.
