My 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer needed a new windshield. My first appointment got canceled due to the windshield being delivered broken. Then my rescheduled appointment got canceled as well also due to the windshield being delivered broken. At this point I called the manager of the Beverly store and explained I didn't feel confident the third windshield wouldn't be delivered broken.
