I was the second appointment of the morning at Rantoul St Beverly. The techs ran everything very smoothly and quickly, told me what to expect, and in 90 minutes my old and busted windshield was a new sensor equipped windshield with my old stickers on it, the car was vacuumed, and I was on my way. Even better, the replacement was insured so it cost me nothing! I’ll go back there for sure if I need any more new glass.
Great- place- offered to garage vehicle till glass came.
I stopped in to have someone look at a small chip in my windshield. I got there at 4:15pm. They were closing soon. Tim was working on a vehicle. He saw me and quickly came out to help. He looked at it and said he didn't think it was a chip. I was puzzled. What is it then? He went into the shop and came back with some supplies and "removed" the chip...it was tree sap or something.
