I was told on the phone they would give me a coupon for $30. They did not and charged me $490. The glass did not fit the back correctly twice turning a 1 hour job into a 3.5 hour job. Disapointed to say the least.
Joseph did a great job
It took about a month from the initial appointment to the actual repair; on two occasions, I was informed within the scheduled time window that they wouldn't be able to make it. Personally, I find that unacceptable. However, the repair process itself went well, and the technician was very professional.
