Went to get my friend's windshield replaced in store. Someone who I assume was the manager came out with a filthy, detritus-filled engine air filter and recommended I have them change it. I declined, and went to the store right after to pick one up and change it myself for half the price. It was pristine. They probably never even looked at it and lied to dupe me into buying something I didn't need. The receipt also said my car had been vacuumed and my exterior windows were cleaned, none of that was true. Beware.
