I had a bad experience with a new windshield I had replaced on my truck. Three weeks after the windshield was replaced, a new crack appeared on the driver side of the windshield. I went in and expected that they would stand behind their work and replace the windshield, but they refused and blamed it on a microscopic chip on the side of the crack. I would not use them again.
The tech did a fantastic job. Safelite, however, sent several messages about how they were going to send a text 45 minutes prior to arrival (including a video on what to expect), and I didn't get that. It was a complete surprise when the tech just showed up. Also, a smaller time frame or when to expect service would be better. 12-5 is not ideal for anyone. I feel that can be narrowed down by at least 3 hours. The windshield replacement itself appears to be great.
Service was very professionally done. I would refer anyone who needs windshield replacement to turn it over to Safelite.
Gary Best was incredible and super efficient. I would highly recommend this location! What I was anticipating to be a 3hr wait turned into an hour and half with professional quality and communication.
