First I called and they scheduled an appointment in columbia SC and I live in florence. Then they said they would be hear the next day and we would hear from them by 1pm. We had to call them to get the cell number of the guy. He then brought the wrong glass and I have to wait untill next week. By then I will have most certainly have canceled with them and found another company with better customer service and who can communicate better and listen to their customers. I do not reccomend them.
NEVER will I entrust my BMW to these people again! Started to have a chip repaired and then was told I needed a new windshield at a totally ridiculous price! Wouldn't you know it??? The windshield for my car just happened to be on the truck!!! HMM doesn't seem right to me! Anyway, I took it to a real windshield repair professional and now it is barely noticeable. Be very, very cautious!
