Arived and replaced as promissed. However left glass all over, and left multiple scratches on paint around back window. Reported this to them and never heard another word. Screw um. Will not get any more of my money!!! Kevin, Rogers, Ar.
the windshield in my 2007 Silverado was cracked on a recent trip to South Carolina. upon returning home to Columbus I scheduled the replacement the next day in Worthington. apt time and est. time to complete job were right on. however my front dash panel and dash bezel were damaged in the repair. in fact there is now a 4 inch crack on both sides of my dash. calls and emails have gone unanswered. I am very disappointed in my interactions with safelite. either find another glass installer, or do not use the Worthington office.... read more
My mirror still doesn't work right and customer care is a joke to these guys. I warn you to take your business elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

I used to work for this Uhm...company. It is the usual practice to carry the windshield.."just in case" the glass breaks in your vehicle while repairing a chip or crack. I do agree that most of them (management) haven't a clue in customer or employee service. I personally had 2 TWO shield replaced and I was totally put off by them and their product. My new trail blazer was basically molested. The moldings no longer fit and they scratched my paint and my ranger not only had one leak but TWO (1" wide and 8" wide) I no longer w... read more

I had a nice crack on my FJ cruiser front windshield. Unfortunately, there were other repair shops that had poor reviews as well, so I rolled the dice with this company (as I did read all the reviews for this company as well). I thought maybe if I took it to their shop, it would be easier for them and there would be less headaches on my end. They had the entire morning (since 8:00 people)...to work on my vehicle. Had an appointment, and they did not show. Was given a 4 hour window...waited all day...and after my window of time had come and gone I called to see what the update would be. They say they never showed me on the schedule. I had an email confirmation, work order number, and they still denied I ever had an appointment. They said they could fit me in 5 days from then!!!! My car was completely undriveable, and they BONED me, and then couldn't fit me in any sooner!?!?!? Unaccepatable...DON"T USE THEM!!
I was really upset when I heard that my insurance would not cover glass damage. Safelite (who happened to have a "deal" with my insurance company) said they would give me a "discounted rate" of almost $300.00!! Come to find out, their competitor's REGULAR rate was about HALF the price of their "discount." GO ELSE WHERE, unless of course you like to pay more than necessary.
