It was great - until my brand new windshield wiper (installed 6 days earlier on Monday) flew off in Sunday's rain!
I called this morning to get a quote. After 16 minutes Jessica finally came on the phone and asked for a bunch of my personal information. I explained I am at work and do not have time for this, I just need a quote. She continue to try and ask for my email, phone number, and verified my zip code. After each question, I stated i just want a quote. After 17 minutes I still did not have a quote and she was still trying to verify my personal information. I just hung up.
Thank you Josh for doing a great job on fixing the chip in my windshield on Tuesday. Quick and conveniently done while I was working!
On time, very courteous, and respectful. Would definately recommend to others that need glass work done on their vehicle.
Service was excellent. Windshield replacement done exactly on time as promised. Technician even removed current State Park sticker from my old windshield and placed it on the new one.
