The technician, James, arrived to my house for the appointment and introduce himself very politely. He worked quickly and explain the process and the time needed for the glue to dry well. Very disappointed with my service. I had a minuscule chip in my windshield and even though I did not want to get it repaired I decided to "do the right thing" and get it fixed. When it was repaired they created another crack in the windshield which they did not tell me about. I had the last appointment of the evening and by the time I noticed when driving away it was to late to stop back. Was supposed to change a windshield in a piece of farm equipment, took 3 hours to take the cab apart so they could change the windshield and they decided to no show on their appointment. Need less to say another 3 hours to put the cab back together so we can use the piece of equipment with a cracked windshield! 😡
Did a great job, like their guarantee, even vacuumed the vehicle before I left.😁
They were very thorough from checking in to finishing up the window! Very nice people work here!!
