RecommendedTyler was our technician, he was very friendly and did a great job replacing our window after it was shattered in a break-in! Not only did he come to Madisonville to fix it, he vacuumed all the glass on the inside floor and seat! Awesome job!

This company is amazing! I called my insurance co, State Farm, informing them a rock busted my windshield. This company came to me, on our farm, 25 miles or more away, replaced it in the ice/snow conditions, and answered EVERY question I had re: how the heated windshield and wipers, etc., would affect my SIRUS, etc. They are amazing. I didn't even have to leave my home for an estimate, etc. Safelite and State Farm as a team ROCK!!!! Special thanks to Brian and Ted - the installers.
They were very reasonable. The charge was less than half of another local glass company. Also, they were extremely friendly and explained things to me in detail. I will definitely return if I have other car glass needs.
Great service and very professional!
Very poor quality workmanship. window repair did not hold they immediately said they would have to replace even though the original crack was only about the size of a quarter. Do not stand behind their work at all
