The service technician was so nice and knowledgeable
Well, we were going to have Safelite replace the windshield in our Jeep Wrangler and the first windshield came in broken. And they were trying to upsell us on windshield wipers as well! 😡 Then we found out that the replacement windshield had to be replaced with an OEM windshield and they couldn’t get one for two more weeks! 😡 The crack in the windshield was growing larger and we needed a replacement windshield right away, so we checked with Siemers Glass and they had one in stock.
