Safelite Rock Hill sent Steve to replace my windshield and he was on time, friendly and very professional! I highly recommend this Safelite office! Top notch work!
Bennie did a great job when coming to me house to fix the back quarter glass on my Honda! He was very thorough and made sure it was done properly and turned out great!
Worst experience. I do not think it is specific location; I have had issues with Safelite both times I have used them. They came to my house to do my windshield and recalibration, then couldn’t do the recalibration so I rescheduled them to come back, then they said instead I had to bring it in, so I took it to the location at 9 AM, told them I needed it by 4 PM and they were not done by then, so I can go call off of work. Anthony was polite and professional.
Angela was so helpful and she went above and beyond to make sure the issue with my insurance company was resolved and my window was replaced in a timely matter. Great customer service is hard to come by but she is exceptional.
