We are a business and depend on our vehicles, we are also a lab and not able to answer phones right away because we are in the lab and can not have phones around the chemicals. This was indicated when the appointment was made, that someone may not be able to be reached by phone. Technician pulled into our parking lot, parked, NEVER got out of their vehicle to come to the door to get the keys or let us know he was here as several employees reported as they were changing shifts.
