We are a business and depend on our vehicles, we are also a lab and not able to answer phones right away because we are in the lab and can not have phones around the chemicals. This was indicated when the appointment was made, that someone may not be able to be reached by phone. Technician pulled into our parking lot, parked, NEVER got out of their vehicle to come to the door to get the keys or let us know he was here as several employees reported as they were changing shifts. All problems were corrected and everything was made right with me. I do recommend them as they have shown a dedication to customer service.
Terrible service!!!!The tech broke the molding off around my windshield and then I received a call stating my pet came in.After waiting in the shop a few minutes I was told oh sorry there was a mix up your part isn’t here not for another 5-7 days.Waste of time going here would never recommend anyone to go here.Unorganized staff!!!!!
Safelite came and said they had the wrong glass and they would be right back with the right one. Never called and said they were not coming back nothing. All they did was cancel my order with Geico (probably so I could not complain) and never show back up again. The other company came out and told me its was because my glass needed to be special ordered. If Safelite did not want to do the work they could have at least told me.
