I appreciated the clear communication and updates both prior to and during my appointment. Everyone I interacted with was very kind! I also liked how easy it was to schedule online.
On time (towards the front end of the time range they gave me), courteous, cleaned up completely and super professional. I looked up replacing the windshield through the dealer and it was a minimum of $300 more and I would have had to take it to them so it was no contest.
