I had a appointment with safe glass for a back window and I was there twenty minutes earlier because I had a very busy day I waited a half hour for them to tell me they ordered the wrong window so I rescheduled a few days later I returned on time and they informed me that when they tried to reorder the window it was on backorder and I should be been contacted .( I wasn't ) I was told that they would contact me later that day for a ETA of the window I was not contacted at all We have been calling everyday for a week sometime ... read more
