Excellent Service... Beautiful Workmanship!
Outside of the work completed on my vehicle, my experience was extremely poor! I was given a 5hr window for the technician to arrive and he showed up 1hr and 30min late. I called three times with no answer. I also called customer service only for the system to continuously hang up on me. I had I choose “schedule a new appointment” just to get a real person on the phone; of course they had no answer for me. ********READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING********* I had a scheduled appointment on Thursday September 3rd at 11 AM for a windshield replacement. I arrived on time and was told it would take 2 and a half hours "maybe less." I had my toddler with me so we walked to a near by park to wait. Once 3 hours had passed I decided to head back to the shop only to find out that they still didn't bring my car in! The guy said "sorry were backed up what do you want me to do." Dropped my car off at 12:36 and it was ready by 1:28. Marcelle i think his name was, handled me with care considering what happened to my car. (some looney smashed my back windshield and tried to take it off from the corners) I’ll update in a week after I get my car washed to see if the job was done correctly!
