Great service and communication. The folks over there took care of the replacement windshield perfectly! Hopefully I won't have to see them for some time, but if and when I need a windshield repair or replacement I would go again.
If I could give less than one star. This place tried to charge me $680.40 for a windshield replacement after failing to repair a tiny crack! they made it go from less than a cm to spidering over 12 inches. I had it replaced for $426 at Ajax glass. This place is charging predatory rates for repairs after making your initial damage worse.

Phi showed up promptly and worked efficiently. I only had to run outside to give him my key. He handled everything else in a clean, professional manner. Highly recommend.
I got my windshield repaired now I have more issues on my dashboard. Thanks safelight now I have to go to the dealership to get these additional issues that weren't my fault. I would return with an update after my visit at the dealership. I paid upfront was there on time all for what? I give them a F.
