Technician was friendly, early and explained everything.
Arrived to my appointment and I was told as I was dropping off the car that if the windshield they received to replace mine is damaged, I’d have to come back another day. One hour later I get a call that in fact their windshield they received was damaged. How often is this happening that they have to forewarn people? Why is no one checking the windshields before my appointment, and why is it taking an hour for them to tell me they can’t do it today?
