The girl that came out and installed my windshield did a sloppy job tore the rubber all up on my cowl at the bottom. When I contacted them they basically called me a liar and said they did nothing wrong and will do nothing to help me. So now my windshield looks terrible and has huge gaps along the bottom. Not a pleasant experience. It was the technicians first time in the field. It started with two and a third got called in to help finish. This was a 2018 car getting the windshield replaced. 41/2 hours later my chrome trim is dented and scratched the roof support has a dent and the rubber gasket looks like it has had a screwdriver jabbed in it. The boys wanted to leave but the dash had glue or something all over it. Then they wanted me to take it to Charlotte to get it cleaned. Very unprofessional experience

After finally finding it, the people there were very nice!!!! The place is “clean!” They give you water, sodas, coffee and hot chocolate. Excellent work on the car and they even vacuumed the floors.
My experience with Safelite was so much better than I expected. They did a great job. My one comment of needed improvement would be that they clean both the outside and the inside of the new glass.
Very nice people they were quick in replacing my window .
