I had small crack in the window they came to repair the window and it failed made my crack bigger I know it's not there fault trying to fix that something broken but I had to get new window installed and no complaints on that... but that was before and after fix...I do not have picture of how bad it got after 3 days but they installed new window
They replaced my windshield 2 times. They broke the plastic seals the second time. We glued them on with silicone. Not the windshield, the plastic seals they broke, on top of the glass to hold them in place. The insurance company insisted I follow up on the lifetime warranty. As soon as the tech saw silicone, even though it wasn't associated with the glass and the frame of the car, said no warranty. We talked with the manager and explained and offered to have the silicone removed, although it had nothing to do with the glass... read more
