Told I had a 1.5-2.5 hr wait. At the three hour mark I asked about my car and was told they are just pulling it in to work on it. It will then be 1-1.5 hours!! Then I get a text saying to provide payment now in order to save time!! Awesome. Installer explained how they have been backed up for weeks. Then why not communicate that initially? Good job Safelite!!

Fast Friendly and great Job
I’ve used this Safelite location multiple times for chips and windshield replacements. I recently took a car in that they had replaced the windshield thinking the windshield was leaking. They quickly determined it wasn’t the windshield, but the sunroof. They used a wet-vac and helped dry the carpet as well as put film over the roof where it was leaking, all at no charge. They always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied.
