Do not use safelite! They gave me a quote for two windshields. I accepted. After they installed the first windshield they asked for payment. I said aren’t you going to install the second windshield before I pay. They didnt have the windshield with them and they didn’t know how to install it, that someone else would come out. Absolutely terrible service! I drove from an hour and a half away the first day they said they didn’t order the whole window which I made clear when I scheduled the appointment it was the whole back window. So they rescheduled my appointment for 2 days later at 10 am it’s 2 pm and they still haven’t even touched my truck! Safelite said it was a 1 1/2 hour job this shop told me 2 hours but it’s 4 hours later and they haven’t even started it! Terrible customer service! Very poor management!
I had my windshield replaced at this location on 7/14/26. I was unhappy to discover that shattered glass was left everywhere. My seats, floor, speakers, dashboard, passenger door. It's unfortunate that I paid for a service that was not even completed correctly and safely. Very disappointed in this experience and the lack of concern this company has over broken glass being left everywhere.
BUYER BEWARE! They do not have customer service anymore, you cannot actually talk to someon on the phone. They have scheduled me twice now, already taken my money, and ghosted me twice without a single call email or text! Chargeback seems to be my only option at this point, as they will not reach out in response to my messages! They have the correct phone number, and they have and email address that is also correct.
