Absolutely horrible experience. Took two weeks worth of rescheduling and they left me with a bigger crack each time they came out with the wrong windshield. I would never recommend using this company unless you want your time wasted. They need people working in the office that know what they're doing and know how to talk to customers without making excuses for incompetent service.
Very unsatisfied. Took my car in to have the windshield replaced. Was told they couldn't do it if it had a rust hole, which it didn't. Installation guy then took his screw driver and poked at the tiny rust spots til I had not one, but 3 holes in my roof BEHIND my windshield. Told me I needed to take it somewhere and have it welded up or fix it mysrlf. Taking my business elsewhere. Do not recommend to anyone
I never got the email but I wanted to let someone know how great my service was from Billy. Showed up on time, was professional and the job was satisfactory.
This place and management is a joke. How dare you make a consumer pay for a mistake that was done on your end. Needless to say I want my windshield back since u didn't have my other glass as told. And come get your shot NOW
This safelite is horrible never will I or anyone I talk to will use them. The management says it isn't his problem, The manager was ever told to come out and replace it again and he didn't.been going through this for 4 months. I am turning this into the Better Business Bureau, and should go to news12 on your side and tell anyone else I can reach to let people know not to use safelite
