my husband challeger had a crack in the winshield, i went into the north augusta office they said about 2 hours but i was done in an hour 1/2 plus they check the wiper blades and replaced is was the best custer service

Technician showed up with the wrong window as there was multiple ones for my suv on Friday morning(even though the company had my vin #) . He told me the office would call to reschedule another appt. Tuesday at 7 a.m. another technician called to ask where I was located he was heading my way. That is the first I was contacted about the reschedule, at 7:06 I received 2 email's with 2 different tech's names. Josh showed up did the job was polite and apologized for the poor communications. Less than impressed. Have spent two days waiting for windshield to be replaced. Both times "they sent the wrong glass" for my car. Tomorrow will be day three. I am furious!
