1ST REPAIR OF CHIPPED WINDSHIELD WAS DONE IN POURING RAIN, I WENT TO THE OFFICE AND WAS TOLD THE REPAIR WAS UNACCEPTABLE SO I'D GET A NEW WINDSHIELD. TODAY WAS 2ND 8AM APPT TECH CALLED AT 7:15AM TO SAY WINDSHIELD WASN'T IN. I CALLED 1PM BECAUSE HE NEVER CALLED MR BACK & WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DONE TODAY. TECH JUST CAME WITH WINDSHIELD, LOOKED AT THE CLOUDS AND SAID I CAN'T DO IT! USAA INSURANCE NEEDS TO END CONTRACT WITH SAFELITE.
Just left safelight. It was a great experience. The staff was courteous and efficient. My daughter was even able to watch the “good guys” fix the window on our car.
Over the weekend, my sweetie's windshield was busted. We were informed that when it was finished we would be called.. Didn't happen! So Safelite left our car out where gas could be siphoned out leaving just enough to get to the gas station. Interesting enough, this car can only have access to the gas tank by the key, and they left the gas tank door open. Which that's the condition we found it when we picked it up.
